| HOLLAND & BARRETT* BLOGGER WEEKEND
A few weeks ago, Holland & Barrett invited me and a few other bloggers to Manchester to try out a bespoke three course menu created using their own healthy ingredients that could be found straight from their stores.
Reading through the menu a few days earlier, I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I’m sure I’m not the only one that associates Holland & Barrett with just vitamins and pills!
But I was pleasantly surprised as it was quite the experience! (None of it was weird!)

| DESSERT: GREEN TEA & GINGER CHEESECAKE W/ COCONUT POWDER
It might not look like alot of food, but we were all so full!
Everything tasted really good and it was super interesting to try out ingredients I would normally never buy. Who knew I would actually like quinoa and almond butter; and that coconut powder on top of the cheesecake – omg love!

The breakfast buffet was a bloggers dream – marble table, good lighting and unlimited food options!
Me and Sarah from Temp Secretary probably spent over 15 mins organising our plates and Instagraming it before we could eat! haha

And finally we ended the weekend with a lovely goody bag full of products to try from Holland & Barrett.
One of the first things that caught my eye, was a box of Cocowhite Oil Pulling. I’ve seen and heard quite alot of people trying it with mixed reviews, and after reading the ingredients (literally 100% coconut oil with a bit of mint flavouring) I’m not yet convinced whether I’ll be able to do it! I’m scared I’m going to gag and it makes me want to throw up!
