| THAT FALL TRANSITION
I’m so happy we’re well and truly in the midst of Autumn/Winter – the biggest section of my wardrobe houses about 20+ different coats and jackets, so I’m super stoked to get them all out again!
I actually found this navy trench that I’m wearing here, at Tescos whilst doing the food shop – and I think it was only around the £25 price point, which I thought was pretty good!
I completely fell in love with its sharp navy colour, and the beautiful line of golden buttons running down from the collar. It looks so much more expensive that it really is, and it’s very lightweight too, so it’s a great transitional piece when we’re still having those in between days.
| THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS TO ANYWHERE WORTH GOING
Here, I was on my way to the collect a new watch from Henry London, who kindly invited me to their new store at the Trafford Centre to get a watch engraved
I’ve never had anything engraved before, so I was being the most indecisive person ever, trying to pick something that wasn’t too cheesy versus something that had abit of meaning behind it
I must have spent about 30 mins scrolling through my phone, and going through all those Instagram quotes that I had saved on my phone for something that would fit on the back, and I eventually decided on:
‘There Are No Shortcuts, To Anywhere Worth Going’
I love a good motivational quote, and this one will always puts things into perspective for me
| LONDON’S KNIGHTSBRIDGE
This particular silver and navy watch I chose, was from the Henry London’s Knightsbridge Collection. The colours in this watch are absolutely stunning and it looks even more so when it catches the light!
Henry London watches come in a variety of sizes and strap options, so I went for the biggest size available at 41mm, with the mesh style bracelet that fits really comfortably around my wrist. I was also given a kit that enables you to adjust the tightness whenever you want, which I thought was really handy
| A QUICK TRIM EQUALS 2/3 INCHES OFF
And to end the day off, I popped into Fretwell Bennet for a quick trim. Nothing too different, I just wanted to take off some weight and cut back into the layers abit more.
But I think the trim ended up taking off about 2-3 inches! Which is actually fine for me, because my hair grows crazily quick – which for someone who dyes her hair quite often, it’s actually quite annoying to keep up with the root maintenance!
Aside from that, my hair is usually quite well behaved and these curls ended up staying in my hair for 4 days! x
